In recent years the HQ Training Academy has developed a number of training courses for HR professionals and organisation managers who want to manage their employees’ staff in a modern, responsible and well-founded way, whether this is for selection, assessment, individual coaching or general development purposes.
HumanQuest’s tools are the result of unique collaboration between academics and professionals from the corporate world and social economy. HQ Tools may be used by those who have successfully completed a training course in an accredited HQ Training Academy. This is why proposals were made to partners in several European countries, who are responsible for organising training courses and managing the certificates. This allows us to ensure that users have the proper knowledge to use the tools and necessary diagnostic skills to interpret the results correctly.
We offer a ‘Full basic certification’ (3 half days) or a ‘Light basic certification’ (1 half day) with option for ‘Master Class’
