Projective questionnaires
A projective questionnaire offers a number of practical open questions. You are asked to describe yourself with reference to these questions. Further research is based on the input.
360° behaviour feedback questionnaires
This questionnaire is completed by a number of “peer groups” (colleagues, supervisors, customers, etc.)
The idea is that they objectively assess your actions in the workplace.
Assessment exercises

The practically oriented exercises may have to be completed individually or within a group.

Multiple assessors evaluate you.

The assessors evaluate a number of skills while you are completing the exercise. In most cases these evaluation criteria are established in advance.
